I need to finish watching this movie because I missed a big part of it in the middle. Of what I saw, I liked it but I am still very confused of what happened.
I still haven't seen the parts I missed but I loved the symbolism of the color red in the movie. I also really loved the scenes in the observatory. This movie really shows the pain that some adolescents are feeling and how adults can be so oblivious to it until it's too late to do anything. Plato (Sal Mineo), is a great example because his mother was gone all of the time and never even knew how he felt.
